WHAT CAN YOU DO?
About Forgetting Things and Having Trouble Concentrating

Forgetting things can be upsetting, but it is not uncommon
and it is not unusual if you can't focus on anything.

UNTIL THIS PASSES,
IT IS IMPORTANT TO BE PATIENT WITH YOURSELF

Ask friends to remind you of important things.

Write things down.

Have a checklist of things to do each day.

Focus on completing one thing at a time.

When you are in school, give yourself more time to do your homework.

Tell teachers if you are having a difficult time focusing.

If you are driving, take short trips.
