WHAT CAN YOU DO?
About Not Eating or Eating Too Much

Food may taste like paste or you may find you are eating too much.
It is important to eat in a healthy way so  that you can work through your grief.

Keep high fat foods out of sight.

Nibble on fruits and veggies when hungry.

Sit down at mealtimes instead of eating on the run.

If people offer to bring food for your family, tell them what you like to eat.

If you can't handle three meals a day, then try five smaller ones.

I take care of my body so that I can handle my grief better.
