WHO CAN HELP YOU?

You may have many friends and a close family, however not everyone is comfortable with grief.

Do not assume that all of your friends and family will be your support team.

Spend some time thinking about three people will be able to "be there" for you in your time of grief.

Write them down:

1)

2)

3)

Contact these people and ask them: "Are you willing and able to help me with my grief? I need you to spend time with me, listen to me and to not judge my feelings".
